- The cost of a flat tire will be borne by the customer.
- Accidents that are not reported to the police or reported to our rental car company are not covered and will be the customer's responsibility.
- When returning, the vehicle will be returned with a full tank of gas.
In additionMisfilling diesel fuel, etc.If so, the customer will be responsible for the cost of cleaning and repair.
Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
If a vehicle needs to be repaired due to an accident or other problem, it will not be available for rental during the repair period, which will hinder business operations.
Regardless of whether or not the customer is at fault,NOCYou will be responsible for the following costs.

Main examples of non-compensation
- If you do not report to the police or contact our store
- Misfilling fuel (e.g. filling a gasoline vehicle with diesel)
- Compensation for repair costs and business interruption due to flat tires, lost keys, vehicle damage, etc.
- When the battery dies due to carelessness or when the prohibited acts specified in the rental agreement and insurance agreement apply.
