Regarding reservations after 8 p.m.

As of September 2024, a night-time fee will be charged after 8 p.m. on the AS Rent-a-Car website.

If either the departure or return is after 8 p.m., an additional 3,300 yen (tax included) will be charged to the reservation amount.
If both departure and return are after 8:00 p.m., an additional 6,600 yen (tax included) will be charged on top of the reservation amount.

This will not be reflected in the reservation completion email, but please rest assured that it will be listed on the receipt you receive at the store on the day.
