Flow of A.S. Car Rental
| ①Reservation | Please fill out the required information on the reservation site. Please select the pick-up and drop-off locations in the options. (*It is easier to understand if you add the quantity for the number of people. Please let us know the return location at the airport or Akamine station when you return the car) If you leave or return the car after 8pm, a night fee will be charged. (For more information, please check the Notices section.) Your reservation will be confirmed when you receive the reservation confirmation email. We will make preparations based on the reservations we receive. If you do not have any questions, we will not contact you. |
| (2) Lending | Customers being picked up from the airport After arriving at the airport, please contact us at 08039918653. After that, please come to Exit 5 on the 3rd floor of the airport. If you are arriving after 10pm, please come to Exit 4 on the 1st floor. We will pick you up in about 10 minutes. It will be smoother if you contact us just before you collect your luggage. Customers picked up from and returned to Akamine Station Please contact us at 08039918653 before boarding the monorail. When you arrive, please go to the roundabout on the side where there is the south exit (McDonald's and BOOKOFF) Customers who visit our stores directly Please come directly to the store at the reserved time. *Direct delivery at the airport is not available. *We do not provide special arrangements such as individual hotel pick-up and drop-off. *Please note that if you do not contact us within 1 hour of your departure time, your reservation will be automatically canceled (cancelled on the day) and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. |
